How does a travel nurse's pay change if they work night shifts or weekends?

All of your pay is negotiated at the time you sign your contract. Usually no differential is allowed. Just straight hourly from your agency. If I were taking an assignment with variable shifts, I would just negotiate a higher pay or my own diff from agency. Otherwise it’s just what is in your contract. You make most of your money in tax free per diem and stipend.
