What do you like about the hospital you’re at right now? Which hospital is it and where?

I have been retired for 2 years. I am a volunteer RN now. I retired from the USAF and the Veterans Affairs. I like both because I enjoyed taking care of my fellow veterans.

implies that the person was a patient at the hospital, whilst 'at' is more likely to be used when the person was just on the premises and not a patient, although you would probably use 'at' if you had a appointment at the hospital but were not admitted.

"Where are you?" " I'm in hospital' (I'm sick/injured and in a hospital bed) compared to "I'm at the hospital" (I'm visiting someone or being seen by the doctor). In the Tanzania, we also tend to say "in hospital" or "at the hospital". "in hospital" can be taken as a personal status, rather than just a statement of location.

I am not at a hospital and I am not sure if I am going to return to that environment.

I dont like the working environment.

There is cordial working relationship among staff in the hospital.
