NOPE. NCLEX is randomized to give a certain percent the 145 questions. Helps test new questions that will count on future exams.

Nope! And it does not mean you failed. Even at 75 questions can have a failed result. I’ve reached the maximum number of questions too and I passed :) Goodluck!
