Grifols plasma centers and some nursing homes. The Loft nursing home in Eureka Illinois doesn't, the Women's prison was not requiring it but since a bill was passed that all Federal employees are required to get them, I'm not sure now.

My understanding is Biden passed legislation staying that COVID vaccine required for front line nurses in ALL facilities that collect Medicare/Medicaid. So basically everywhere...

Healthcare workers are required to have the Covid vaccine unless they have a valid religious or medical exemption.

The mandate applies to a wide range of health care settings, covering doctors, nurses, technicians, aides, hospital volunteers, nursing homes, home-health agencies and other providers that receive funding through Medicare or Medicaid programs.

This is intended to protect HCW as well as those with whom they interact, since most of them are more likely to be vulnerable and susceptible to the virus.
