Be willing to work long hours and stand for long periods. Be able to withstand rude surgeons. Be very vigilant about what is going on around you, it is very important to watch everything that is going on. Treat your staff with kindness and respect. Keep up with all updates and changes in rules and regulations. Have broad shoulders and don't take what is said to you personally.
