Some facilities want you to get your CEN.

BLS and ACLS sometimes PALS. Some Magnet Hospitals want CEN and trauma hospitals might want TCRN or TNCC

Almost always, its BLS and ACLS. If there are Pediatrics as well, then PALS will also be required. Some ER's are also asking for NIHSS and a trauma nurse certification. These are all the certifications I hold as an ER nurse right now.

ENPC, ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, ABLS, MICN. It really depends on the facility , and your role in the department .
