Ponytail, top knot or a bun. I don't want aromas or mystery liquids in my hair 😂

I usually wear mine up to avoid it getting pulled or getting something in there you don’t want. I also wear a scrub cap sometimes.

Honestly it depends on where you are working. Office/ ER/ Home health. I tend to wear mine in a bunch 99% time. Especially if doing direct hands on pnt care. You could braid it if you want to wear it down, but keep it from being in your way or getting any yuck yuck in it.

Human hair can spread microbes. We were not allowed to have long hair years ago. Human hair can shed without anyone noticing. Why does food service wear hair nets?

A scrub cap with a fun or pretty design. I have learned that long hair or not, all those smells, juices and fluids likely end up in our hair to some extent, so I’d rather just have it covered completely.

High bun, low bun, or some type of head covering! Nowadays there are so many styles aside from the traditional hospital hats.
