How hard for an experience nurse to land a job in Sacramento preferably in Kaiser hospitals?

Apparently its very hard to land a job with Kaiser anywhere, considering my experience of 15 yrs as an RN yet I still get a denial letter from them telling me I don't have enough experience..

I worked at Kaiser for two years as a travel nurse. I had no problem getting the job. They kept trying to get me to hire on. Unfortunately that was in California and I owned a home in Illinois. I loved working with my fellow nurses.
