How does one get back into the field of nursing after having disciplinary action and then being away from the bedside because of that action? I’ve been applying to for the last six years to no avail and have even taken a refresher course.

Hello, if your license still active try applying with temp agencies just to get your foot in the door and build back up that trust. After working a few years with a temp agency, I wouldn’t right away apply with a big major hospital, I would start small with a medical center , urgent care or private practice.
