I am new grad nurse and i work at a nursing home, long term care, I've worked there for about almost 6 months now. and what i mostly do are passing meds , there are rarely any treatments, as most of the patients are stable. what do i do ?

Hi. My suggestion would be for you to get a job in the hospital. Maybe you could try working on a medsurg unit where you'll have pts with different diagnosis. You will learn certain skills and work alongside other nurses who have more experience than you do and they will able to share some of their skill sets with you.
