How do you cope working nights with a toddler at home? I am seeking a day shift position in a hospital setting and can't find any day shifts in my specialty. Any recommendations are truly appreciated.

It might be tough for you to find a position in the hospital that doesn’t involve some sort of night rotation unless there is a specialty that only offers day/eve hours. Even then, specialty units may involve on call which requires emergent night deployment. Find office job in primary care perhaps that has day only hours?
