After 1 year in nursing or I believe 100+ hours in any specialty you can take the chemotherapy bio therapy certification. After that you can sit for the OCN through the Oncology Nursing Society. It's very rewarding but can also be very emotional. I've been in Oncology for 20+ years and I love it.
