I've been having terrible dry skin, especially during/after a shift. Any tips or lotion suggestions?

For my face I use la roche posay’s cicaplast balm and a niacinamide serum (personally i use kiehl’s but any brand is fine) to help with irritation from wearing a mask. For my hands I use la roche posay’s lipikar triple repair cream then slug with aquaphor healing ointment :)

O’keefe’s working hands also works great!

When I worked NICU and L&D, the long scrub times caused my hands and forearms to become very chaffed, especially in the winter. Bag Balm (used for cow udders by farmers) is wonderful. A lanolin based product with antibiotics in it was "lathered" generously on my skin and then covered with socks while I slept. Healed my skin and kept it soft. Have been using it for >35 years. Available at Walmart or any feed store for less that $15 and lasts for years.
