Look for hospitals that are willing to accept Medical and/or Religious exemptions. They are still out there, just sometimes a little harder to find.

Many states have implemented vaccine mandates for healthcare providers however in some states, if you do not have physical patient contact, such as a Telehealth nurse, you do not have to be vaccinated.

Your best bet would be doing telehealth. For one, it’s becoming more and more mandated for healthcare workers to have the vaccine, and non-vaccinated personnel present greater liability for infection.
