It's increasing. I have heard that the lowest new grad pay has increased to about $34-36/hour. Remember, if you get multiple offers, think about the experience you are going to be getting and the cost of benefits. Sometimes higher pay is not worth it if you will be run ragged. I started with HonorHealth and really loved the unit I worked on--however, I was disappointed in the lack of support for new grads. I understand people have strong opinions about Banner, but my friends who started there as a new-grad seemed to appreciate the support they offered.
