I’ve only been working in the OR for 3 months as a new grad, but I want to get into infusions around the Dallas, TX area. Any suggestions of places or tips?

In my experience, 3 months is too early to look for a new job-the manager is putting time and money into training you. I had to work in my first nursing job for 2 years before I could do a lateral transfer to another specialty.
A potential new manager may hesitate to hire you if you 'only' have 3 months in your current position.
