I’ve recently gotten my license after graduating years ago. More than a decade ago. Can I be considered a new grad for holding a license for less than a year? I’d really like to get into pediatrics. Is anyone in this position?

I believe you would still be considered a new grad since you do not have work experience as a nurse. Typically when you apply for a job they will ask about recent experience. You can gain experience working for somewhere like Maxim which has a lot of pediatric patients, unless you find a place that will hire new grads.
