Are there unions in Tennesse?

As far as I know, RNs not unionized and LPNs unionized at Region One. I'm not sure about middle and East Tennessee.

Not to my knowledge. Although when I was a nurse in Nebraska and worked for the State I was required to be in the union which was the only union nurses there had. So I can’t speak for nurses who work for the State of Tennessee as the same rules could apply.

Most VA hospitals are union but few others in the south are.

At this time, not for nurses.

I’m only aware of East TN - Oakridge TN. Unions are frowned upon in the South
