I have 6 years of clinical experience and 0 managed care experience. How do you get a remote nursing position? A year of applying and no offers.

I worked remote for several years, prior to, COVID. Post COVID, remote positions are hard to find. I suggest, getting in with a recruiter or staffing agency. In the past, they brought me a lot of assignments. Nursing, as a whole is completely different. I’ve gone back into Indeed to check the status of applications I’ve submitted. Only to find, greater than 2500 people applied for the same position. It’s insane. Best of luck to you.
