There are VERY few specialty nurses that I can say truly makes me feel in awe of...( mostly bc I have done almost every unit, clinic, setting etc myself) AND that is a NICU nurse and the staff. These nurrses in my opinion are one of the most unique and skilled people at what they do. When you walk onto the unit it's like a literal beehive. The atmosphere is dim with the glowing lights of dollhouse like equipment. Theres a hush to the activities around everywhere. These nurrses are like bees, there's a hierarchy to
the unit and everyone is ok with that.
