How do you answer when an interviewer asks why you want to be a nurse?
I always asked my nursing studetns this on their first day of hospital orientation, and the answers were as varried as the individuals giveing htem. Be honest. Say exactly what attracted you to Nursing. Most people can tell if you're making up something that you think will impress or sound good, or if you are speaking from the heart.
Just tell them exactly what made you want to be a nursr
you are up for challenges. you are interested in a career that offers variety and multiple paths/platforms while being able to make a decent income. you enjoy helping people live their best life and educating people on how to do that. lots of great answers but they should be from your heart. it's not just what you say in interviews, it's also how you say it. some questions are more geared toward figuring out your personality than just having a great answer.
