Observing your patient and the positioning during the case.Pay close attention to the sterile field and anticipate what the scrub needs before she asks for it. Check with anesthesia to see if they need anything.
Keep up with placing lap sponges in the holders. Don’t let the sponges pile up in the bucket. Keep the charting up to date.
Refill solutions on the OR table before the scrub runs out and has to ask. Stay ahead!
