What would you recommend for WFH Triage positions or how to get into a WFH role?

I recently was laid off from a work from home position for 7 years. I loved it. you have to have bedside experience before they will hire you and I do advise the experience before working from home. I have 16 years ICU/ER experience and because I worked from home, I am currently having trouble finding a job at any facility due to lack of recent bedside experience.
