Current RN wanting to go to RNFA. Is it worth pursuing financially?

I am not an RNFA, but worked with 4 of them and besides being absolutely fabulous to work with, it was my understanding that their compensation was substantially above my wages. I was at the top rate as I had over 35 years as an RN and was also a CNOR. If I had been younger I definitely would have pursued!
