Would you rather work for a huge well known health system OR would you rather work for a small hospital that is under their own health system? And why?

Honestly it depends on what is important to you. I have appreciated working I. A smaller setting due to increased community and flexibility…also feeling as though I am being of service to typically under served patients. There is more of a family feel. The larger institutions offer better pay and benefits, more lateral mobility in case of moves and overall more options to grow-it truly depends on the RN and what they want in their life and their work.
