Think functionality and practicality. Depending on the dept you work in, you'll need to be able to move in all directions, easily. That's primary. Next, if you're not having to wear the same as everyone due to policy, you don't really have a choice. If not, choose colors and styles that fit your style. Bottom line though, you're not there to look cute. You're there to work.
