Sure! Cut elastic to the circumference of your ankle +1 inch. Depending on the existing width of the pants hem, you need to either select elastic width to fit current hemline, or adjust/redo hem width to fit width of elastic. Either way, you will need to open hemline stitching approx 1 inch to feed new elastic into hem, then overlap ends of elastic within the hem, and close the opening.
