I have my Rn license for 6 months I want to make OR my speciality, I have been in acute care facility. How do I go about this?

The best way is to find a hospital that has an AORN PeriOp 101 Training program and apply. I went to Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown NY for 18 months and took their program. Very good training.
