I have never worked in Florida.. so can’t say about there.. have you written your NCLEX exam - easier to get your licensing if you have done that. Go to Florida BON to find all the requirements you need.

Sorry about that last post! I am in the process of transitioning now! If you're looking for someone to chat with regarding my personal experience feel free to reach out! As for the money, the pay is not always less (especially when you consider the exchange rate between cdn and usd)! It's different but don't get discouraged!

I would check with the board of nursing for the state of Florida to answer these questions. That is the best way to get the correct advice
