Help with reworking resume for non bedside positons. I’m a medsurg nurse of 2.5 years worked at the same hospital since graduating nursing school. Any advice?

2.5 years at bedside nursing is not enough experience to move onto a non bedside position…5 years at the bedside will give you a good base. If you go non bedside and really find it not for you, you will have a better base to return to bedside …
