Anybody work from home, if so what has your experience been like? (What specialty? What kind of hours? Are you fully remote? Was there a big pay decrease? Any regrets?)

I worked from home as a Sales organization member for Cerner. It was M-F 0800-1800 with an hour lunch. It was salary, and biweekly pay. I ended up leaving after a year because I had too much debt and no light at the end of the tunnel with salary. I enjoyed being home but I found myself getting stir crazy (this was during peak covid). The whole world was shut down, restaurants, no groups greater than 10. So maybe my experience would be different now that I’m married and the world is open again. But I still think the pay and hours didn’t compensate for the WFH environment.
