How accurate have you found shows like Nurse Jackie or Grey's Anatomy to be when it comes to the day-to-day of nursing?

I've only seen a few episodes of Grey's Anatomy - the ones I saw didn't really show nurses. They were, however, extremely inaccurate of their portrayal as to what happens in a hospital. For example, there was an episode where "McDreamy" obtained the very well informed consent from a young woman getting an elective procedure for erythrophobia with hyperpyrexia. Meredith and one of the other residents seemed to think that her condition wasn't a big deal and tried to talk her out of the procedure after she had already consented, challenging her reasoning for getting the procedure - all of which is very unprofessional.
