I will be on a day shift schedule after working on night shift for more than 3 years. What's the adjustment period like? Did you feel better after working the day shift? How long did it take you to sleep well at night?

I worked nights for about 3 years as well and once I switched to days I felt so much better. I was happier and has a more normal life. The adjustment was that since everything is fully staffed during the day, things did move a little faster. It didn’t take long at all to sleep well at night. I was afraid that I wasn’t going to be accepted on days but everyone was fantastic! I think you’re going to love it!!!
