I'm not sure how this site works. I do not view open jobs on this website? The job reaches out to me if they are interested?

I’d like to know this as well. It seems to be just a question/answer forum.

I'm new on here but that is my understanding. I spoke with someone on the phone after completing my profile, they verified my interests and information, the field(s) I'm wanting to work in and locations I prefer z2a few days ago. I got a text today that I had an interview request and there was a link to see who it was from, what they wrote to me and I could either accept and offer my open times for an interview or decline it.
