What is your career goal?
What are your financial plans?

Anywhere you choose to work requires you have living accommodations unless you choose to live at home. This, I assume, will change your choices but will allow you to establish yourself financially.
Pay is dependent on location and the economy of the area you work in.
As a new grad $30+ is a decent pay.
Good luck. Email me with questions if you want

I would find something where you can gain some experience and then go from there regarding staying after a year or so, SICU is a great place to gain knowledge. You can always find another hospital that offers sign on but then that puts you in a commitment to that facility. I will say my first year I felt like that but it was gone pretty fast because 1 OT shift made a difference and then the pay gets higher as you have experience.

How long will your commute be in CA?

2. Vanderbilt Hospital in SICU - I have to pay $2,000 rent + utilities = food, $10,000 sign on bonus (which will most def go to rent), $2,000 relocation bonus, and pay is around $30+. (rent is hella expensive and adding up I would have to spend an extra 10K+ out of my pocket for rent)
3. VA Hospital (not assigned unit yet) - I have a house in CA, but commute would cost for me to go all the way to Sacramento. The job is a salary job of $65K+, which is around $30/hour... not sure if I love this.

ANY ADVICE WORKS!! :)
