What position can I start to work in hospital with license nurse no in USA but in Europe?

You must have a license in the USA to work here. You might be able to work as a nurses aide while applying for your license. Be aware that each State and Territory of the USA may have slightly diffferent requirements such as letters of recommendation, etc. But all require passing the NCLEX exam or the overseas equivalent for non-American nurses in order to obtain a license to practice here.

You need to know what the requirements of the state you want to work in. I do not think you can work as an RN in the United States without a special licensure.
