Any advice getting into PICC line nursing? Everywhere wants experience, but doesn't seem to train.

If you work for a hospital, look for any class offerings or education on ultrasound IVs, that should help you get your foot in the door (and it will give you a new skill, too). If your hospital has a PICC nurse (or it could be done with IR), reach out to that person and ask about shadowing him/her. Hope this helps and good luck!
