How receptive have employers been for those of us who have been in upper management for several years, but want to step back to clinical nursing?

I was in mgmt for 27 yrs now I’m back in the hospital doing clinical Nsg
Apply apply apply for acute Nsg position eventually one of them will give you a chance
Try hosp that has constant turnover of staff
They get desperate.
