has anyone ever transferred units during orientation? Not a new grad, I’ve been at this unit for 3 months, already having issues, thinking of switching to another unit.

Check with HR. There may be a policy related to how long you need to be at on one unit before transfer. DO NOT say anything related to not getting along with anyone.
