I am a PCU Neuro/ ICU step-down/ Travel nurse I have experience as a charge nurse and Nurse Supervisor. Looking for my new career move I am currently interested to change specialties. Not sure if ICU or NICU. Any suggestion?

Medical or Surgical ICU. Looks like you’re qualified. Both are busy areas. Shouldn’t be a hard transition. Surgical may be some more difficult. I’ve spent a lot of time in I U, Nurse Supervisor was my fave for awhile. Good Luck.
