How do you prefer to be addressed as a nurse practitioner?

I prefer to be called by my first name. Though I have worked in places where NPs are addressed as "NP lastname"

The NPs at my facility are okay with us calling them by their first name. I work at night, so, I usually communicate by phone with the MDs and NPs. I usually call them all doctor.
