If you're going to be on the Central Coast, check out Common Spirit or Dignity Health. California has mandatory safe staffing patient ratios.

If you’re looking for staff RN positions, I would look into a University of California hospital if there’s one near you. Good pay & great benefits. And there are 5 UC hospitals in the system from San Francisco to San Diego.

Where abouts in SoCal? LA? Orange County? Adults or peds? There’s a lot of wonderful facilities here!
