I’ve been on incredible health for a month or longer with no interview requests, but my coworkers who have less experience than me and less information on their incredible health page have gotten job interview requests in a week...can someone explain

I've had invitations to interview, but the hospitals are 70 to 80 miles from where I live.
Nothing local and I have 7 years of experience. I was trying Incredible Health because it was supposed to find you legit positions but some of the invites to interview are for bad hospitals where they don't pay well and are known for staffing issues. To be honest I would look on your own. This should be the only way you should be looking for work.

There could be several reasons for this. First, I'd encourage you to have your resume professionally updated. Indeed has a low cost option. Also some state unemployment offices will do this for free. Second, I would encourage you to google search yourself and see what pops up. When I was a hiring manager I searched every potential employee before bringing them in for an interview. If there is anything that could be seen as controversial or unprofessional on a public social media post out there, either make it friends only or delete it. Consider photos that you've been tagged in as well. You are only as private as your most public friend.

Sorry I intended to say that this shouldn't be the only way you should be looking for work

Their pay based on experience would be lower. Sometimes if a manager doesn’t have as much experience as you, they may be afraid of you getting their job. Not a good place to work if staff is disposable.
