i got my RN license in july 2022, accepted a position in NICU and left after almost 4 months. Imposter syndrome was bad and anxiety was awful. I felt like I knew nothing and it affected my communication skills with doctors/families. Any advice?

My advice to any new nurse is to not be afraid of doing MedSurg for a year. I was very against it when I graduated but it really helps you develop a good foundation for nursing. It opens up so many options after you figure out exactly what you are good/not so good at.
