When doing a resume do I put all my experience or just recent experience? I’ve been an RN for over 40 years. I’ve been turned down on all jobs. I think due to ageism

List only your most recent experiences for the last 10 years unless they specifically ask for more. Unfortunately, I do think agism is alive and well. Also don't put your date of birth on the application. It is not necessary.

I tend to agree it is a problem. Less is more on this situation. Give enough employment history to qualify you. Get a resume writer from Linked in or Indeed. For a few hundred dollars you can have an up to date professionally refreshed resume. Attach cover letter specific to job you are applying for. If you do get an interview be sure to send. Thank you for considering me. Explain why you feel your a great fit.
