I graduated in 2019 from RN program took some time off! I just passed my NCLEX in October how long does it usually take to be hired as a new grad nurse?

Big teaching hospitals often hire new grads straight out of Nursing School. I have been an RN since 1988, and held my first position in a large hospital in NY.,in my chosen area of practice. After 9 years, I switched to a completely different specialty, and have been working for the same hospital all these years. Over the years, I’ve seen many brand new graduates hired into their field of choice. Good luck to you!
