Reentering bedside nursing after being in leadership and administration. Getting rejected from hospitals. Has anyone else over come this?

This does happen if you dont have recent ( past 2yrs- ish)bedside or specialty area experience however you should be considered an experienced nurse and be hired before a graduate RN I would ask if they do t want to provide orientation??
