How do i go about getting a per diem position/ I worked full time for 46 yrs as an RN in a few different roles/ because of the economy i need at least 3 shifts per month/ I'm on in indeed/ anyother recommends??/ thanks J I

I would say go directly to the career pages on the hospital website you would like to apply to. You have an amazing amount of experience!
