I cluster my work and group task . for example I give cluster care to my pt , I take an important stuff dowrung my assessment so I don't forget when dicumenting . it is also helpful to do my focus assessment whfn I go ay hello and introduce myself , that way I know what I expect unless things turn around then I click to urgent mode
