Good morning, I am a seasoned LPN (17 years!) Anyone have any good alternatives to working in medicine that would be outside of nursing homes doctor's offices or homecare??? I am in New York and I feel very limited to those types of positions.

You can look into Health Insurance Plans in your area. There should be remote and/or office positions that open up for LPNs in Quality Improvement, Utilization Management, and other similar departments.

With the nursing shortage I’ve personally seen a lot of lpns being brought back into the hospitals. Just see if any in your area are offering this option, if not I’ve see some options for travel LPNs.
